On Friday the 17th of February Glasgow University Scottish Nationalist Association GUSNA celebrated the 90th Anniversary of its founding with a Cèilidh in the Glasgow University Union Dining Room. GUSNA was joined by members past present including First Minister Nicola Sturgeon and the Finance Secretary Derek Mackay. Having been at the forefront of the Scottish Independence movement since its inception in 1927 by John MacCormick; it was a great oppertunity to celebrate all that GUSNA has done in the last 90 years. With independence for Scotland now closer then ever GUSNA will continue to campaign for a fairer, more equal and socially-just Scotland.
